Ice Cream Social & Outdoor Movie Night
Mindfully Gay is hosting an Ice Cream Social on Saturday, August 10th from 6pm-10pm. Cool off with some delicious homemade ice cream! Feel free to bring your favorite (store bought is great, too) as well as some toppings. We are also hosting an outdoor theater/movie TBD

Come to learn a recipe or share one with the group. All ingredients will be supplied, but you're welcome to help supply the pantry.

Living Room Lookout Trail
Living Room Lookout Trail in Salt Lake City, Utah offers beautiful views of SLC and is a popular trail with some steep inclines. The trail is described as an Utah medium, offering a mix of challenges, such as steep sections and offshoots to explore. We recommend bringing plenty of water. Typically in May, the area may have dry trails and blooming spring flowers, with some potential for muddy sections. Remember to bring appropriate footwear, water, and be prepared for steep inclines for this rewarding hike.

Coffee & Coloring
A mellow event where we will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee while coloring mandalas. This can be a very calming and meditative exercise.

Intro to Yoga
John Cottrell will teach you some foundational elements of yoga: Breath, Body Awareness, Alignment, and Poses. We will go step-by-step through a short yoga series called The Sun Salutation. If you are brand new to yoga (or just want to re-start a yoga practice) this is the class for you. Wear comfortable clothing. If you have a yoga mat and towel, bring them. If you don’t have these items, they will be provided.

Springtime BBQ and Potluck
Let’s get together, share some food and laughs and get to know each other. We will fire up the grill and offer some hamburgers with plant based options. You bring a potluck dish to share!
We have plates and dishware and will provide condiments for those tasty burgers. But we need salads, side dishes and of course… desserts. When you RSVP let us know what your bringing!
